Thomas Arndt has extensive work experience in the gas industry. Thomas started their career at Matheson Tri-Gas in 2006, where they served as a Plant Manager. During their time there, they successfully managed a major expansion project and ensured compliance with regulatory agencies. In 2013, they joined Electronic Fluorocarbons as the Director of Operations. In this role, they focused on maintaining and improving the company's operations, increasing market share, and enhancing overall financial performance. Recently, they were promoted to the Executive Vice President of Operations.

Thomas Arndt received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Chemistry from Delaware Valley University, graduating in the year 2002.
