Nisha Sivam Raja

Nisha Sivam Raja currently serves as a People & Culture Business Partner at efex, having started in December 2024. Prior to this role, Nisha was a People Advisor at Charter Hall from March 2023 to December 2024 and held various positions at KYOCERA Document Solutions AU & NZ, including Human Resources Business Partner and Logistics Controller from April 2018 to March 2023. Nisha’s career at KYOCERA began as a Human Resources Coordinator and Supply Coordinator, spanning from December 2010 to November 2017. Nisha holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University, completed in July 2010, and a Certificate IV in Human Resource Management from TAFE NSW, obtained in November 2005.
