Damien Smith Am

Damien Smith AM is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in governance, risk management, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as an MBA Masterclass Lecturer at Deakin University since January 2020, Damien is also the Chairman of the Australian Security Industry Association Limited and the Board Chair for both Ego Pharmaceuticals and Community Pharmacy Friendly Society Ltd. With a robust background in management as the Managing Director of Enterprise Care Pty Ltd since 1988, Damien has held various significant roles including past memberships in GIA Publications, Inc. and AuSAE, and leadership positions such as Chairman of SPASA A and Non-Executive Director at Druids Friendly Society. Academic qualifications include an LLB BCom from the University of Melbourne and a Research Fellowship focused on Employment and HR developments from LSE University of London.
