Chad Megee has extensive experience in operations and logistics, currently serving as Operations Manager for Bottling at E. & J. Gallo Winery since August 2011. Throughout the tenure at E. & J. Gallo Winery, Chad has held various leadership roles, including Senior Operations Team Leader in Supply Chain Logistics, Advanced Operations Team Lead in both Logistics and Bottling, Production Team Leader in Bottling, Flavor Ingredients Warehouse/Cellar Lead, and Logistics Lead in the Warehouse. Prior to this, Chad gained valuable experience as a Trucks & Flight Material Handling Team Lead at FedEx from November 2009 to October 2011.

Ernest and Julio Gallo started E&J Gallo Winery in 1933. Julio, who died in 1993, was in charge of making the wine, and Ernest, who died in 2007, was responsible for selling the wine. Gallo wines include Turning Leaf, Twin Valley, Single Vineyard, Red Bicyclette and Ecco Domani. Joseph Gallo, Ernest's son, is chief executive, while a number of other family members work for the company.
