Adam Lyon is a seasoned professional in engineering and management with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Manager of Integration & Process Improvement at EJ since May 2013, Adam has previously held significant roles at LexaMar Corporation/Magna-Decoma International, where management of GM and Ford program launches and a paint department of 80+ team members was executed, implementing Lean Manufacturing Strategies for enhanced efficiency. Adam also co-owned BioFiber Solutions, leading initiatives that drastically reduced system downtime, and was integral in various engineering and managerial roles at Dura Automotive Systems, contributing to strategic planning and design guideline creation. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Lake Superior State University.
