Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Directeur Usine - General Manager at Linamar Europe from March 2019 to March 2022 and has a rich background at MONTUPET SA, where Eric advanced through several positions including Directeur Usine and Responsable de production from January 2009 to February 2019. Eric's early career includes leadership roles in production at BREA SA and GROUPE VALFOND, along with initial experience at MONTUPET SA and as a professor of foundry at INSET. Eric holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Foundry from Ecole Supérieure de Fonderie et de Forge, an education pursued since 1987.
