Wolfgang Bach has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Wolfgang started their career in 1983 as a Mitarbeiter im Revisionsdienst at Philips GmbH. In 1983, they also worked as an Assistent des Exportleiters at Bauknecht Hausgeräte GmbH. Wolfgang then joined WILO SE in 1986, where they held several positions including Gruppenleiter Vertriebs- und Marketingcontrolling, Abteilungsleiter Controlling, Bereichsleiter Controlling/Finanzen, and Kaufmännischer Geschäftsführer. In 2001, they moved to Schubert Holding AG & Co. KG as Geschäftsführer until 2004. Since 2004, Wolfgang has been working as the CFO at EJOT.
Wolfgang Bach attended the University of Münster from 1977 to 1982. During this time, they pursued a degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften and graduated with a Diplom-Kaufmann.
