Mohit Sharma

Mohit Sharma is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at EKA Mobility since February 2025, Mohit contributes to a pioneering electric vehicle company recognized for its commitment to sustainability. Prior to this, Mohit held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Parle Agro Pvt Ltd beginning in January 2024, focusing on HR and industrial relations. From September 2012 to January 2024, as the Global Chief Human Resources Officer at VVF Group, Mohit developed HR strategies aligned with sustainable growth and talent management. Earlier career experiences include serving as the Senior General Manager of HR at Force Motors and General Manager of HR at Whirlpool Corporation, where significant contributions were made to performance management and employee engagement. Mohit holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Nagpur University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Tirpude College of Social Works.
