Nantawan Hunter currently serves as the Lead of Technical Success and Support at Amity since September 2021, where responsibilities include collaborating with the Solution Engineer team to deliver effective solutions for clients and simplifying technical information for non-technical audiences. Prior to this role, Nantawan was involved with VOV International Co., Ltd. as a Senior Technical Support and Success Manager, Technical Support Manager, and Technical Support Engineer, addressing customer inquiries and coordinating with international teams to resolve technical issues. Earlier experience includes work as a Frontend Web Developer, developing responsive user interfaces and utilizing frameworks like React JS at both VOV International Co., Ltd. and ReadyTeacher. Nantawan holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Academy of Interactive Technology and a Bachelor's degree in History from Kasetsart University.
