Matt Larson

Matt Larson is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in global sourcing and supply chain management. Currently serving as Sr. Director Procurement for Global External Manufacturing & APIs at Elanco since June 2020, Matt leads a team responsible for over 250 manufacturers and develops strategies for vendor network optimization and productivity. Prior to Elanco, roles at Shell included Procurement Global Category Lead, where Matt established procurement strategies for New Energies, and Managed $250M in spend while driving cross-functional improvement projects. Matt's experience spans various positions focused on logistics, operations, and procurement at companies such as Roche, Zipcar, John Deere, and Ingersoll Rand. Matt holds an MBA in Finance and Supply Chain Management and a BS in Industrial Management from Purdue University.
