Debi Wayne

Debi Wayne, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of Learning & Organizational Development at Elastic since December 2021. Prior to this role, Debi spent over 13 years at Truist, where responsibilities included managing a team of 10 as the Learning Engagement & Impact Manager, developing a 9-Box framework for performance analysis yielding significant cost savings, and launching a Learning Impact Framework and an annual learning report. Earlier at Truist, as Curriculum Design & Development Manager, Debi established a centralized curriculum team and developed methodologies that resulted in substantial savings and improved efficiencies. Debi holds a Master of Science in Human Development from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from James Madison University.
