Darin Layman

Darin Layman serves as the Chief Operating Officer at ElastiFlow™ since October 2021. Previously, Darin held the position of Principal Consultant at Layman Consulting, specializing in project and program management, corporate development, and business development consulting for technology companies and non-profits from August 2016 to October 2021. Prior experience includes over a decade at IBM as Program Director of Business Development, where Darin evaluated acquisition opportunities valued over $500 million and managed corporate development activities. Darin also served as Vice President of Corporate and Business Development at Micromuse Inc., focusing on mergers and acquisitions, and worked as a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, overseeing various project management tasks. Darin holds a BSBA in International Business and Economics from Regis University, graduating magna cum laude while working full time.
