Myron Stout

Myron Stout is a seasoned finance and legal professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently, Myron serves as Co-Founder, CFO, and Head of Innovation Labs at Elastique Athletics since February 2025. Prior to this, Myron held the position of Vice President at J.P. Morgan from July 2021 to February 2025 and also served as Vice President in the Investment Management Division at Goldman Sachs from December 2017 to July 2021. Myron co-founded Perdix Capital Management, taking on the role of COO from October 2016 to August 2017, and worked as Legal Counsel at Shell Oil Company from January 2014 to September 2016, focusing on maximizing return on investment in R&D and managing patent assets. Myron holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Rice Business and a Doctor of Law from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
