Mike Fulcher

Mike Fulcher is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Staff Systems Engineer at Elbit Systems of America since January 2021, Mike has previously held significant roles including Service Center Manager at FLIR Systems, where contributions led to the successful delivery of 78 units for Border Patrol. Prior to these roles, Mike worked as an Engineering Program Manager at Honeywell Aerospace and held various positions at BAE Systems, managing teams focused on Unmanned Aircraft Programs. With a robust background in battery technology development from positions at Marathon Norco, Sion Power, Motorola, and Lithium Energy Associates, Mike holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.
