Luis Rafael Gil Alcala

Luis Rafael Gil Alcala is an experienced professional in quality management and environmental oversight, currently serving as the Responsable de Calidad y Medio Ambiente Corporativo at Grupo Elecnor since March 2023. Previously, Luis held roles such as Supervisor de control de calidad at GBLINE INC and Supervisor de control y aseguramiento de la calidad at RJ Investment Adviser, where responsibilities included leading quality standards and process improvement strategies. Earlier experience includes a supervisory role at Eco-Klean, S.A., overseeing thermal treatment operations, and a decade at PDVSA Petrocedeño S.A. managing operations in a sulfur, amine, and hydrogen plant, as well as production planning and yield accounting. Luis holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de Oriente, obtained in 2004.
