Alex G. is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and strategic consulting. Currently serving as Group CTO at Eleco plc since April 2024, Alex leads the technology vision for a multinational engineering group, overseeing over 120 developers and cross-functional teams while performing due diligence for acquisitions. As Co-Founder and CTO of Vertical Digital since May 2017, Alex successfully scaled the digital consultancy to €2 million in annual revenues and orchestrated its acquisition in April 2024. Additionally, Alex co-founded Sons of Coding, an IT recruitment agency, focused on optimizing candidate screening through AI-driven tools. Previous roles include Solutions Architect at PitechPlus, Trainer at ACADEMYPLUS.ro, and various software engineering positions at Amplexor, Ullink, berg COMPUTERS SRL, and Alcatel-Lucent. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universitatea "POLITEHNICA" Timisoara.
