Michael Bails

Michael Bails is a seasoned professional in land and approvals, currently serving as Manager Land and Approvals and Lead Land & Approvals at ElectraNet Pty Ltd since October 2004. Bails leads a team of subject matter experts focused on delivering the necessary land and approvals for renewable energy and infrastructure projects. Prior to this, Bails held the position of Senior Property Advisor, managing negotiations and acquisitions for strategic infrastructure projects. From May 2001 to January 2013, Bails was the Manager of Bails+Son Conveyancing, which provided tailored conveyancing services for residential clients and expanded into supporting the energy and mining sectors. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Applied Project Management from the University of Adelaide and a Bachelor of Commerce in Land Economy from Western Sydney University.
