Scott Haynes

Scott Haynes has over 25 years of experience in planning and land management within the infrastructure and development sectors, currently serving as a Senior Development Advisor and Emergency Liaison Coordinator at ElectraNet Pty Ltd since September 2008. In this role, Scott leads the Land Management Team, overseeing land services including planning, property acquisition, and stakeholder engagement for South Australia's electricity transmission network, while also playing a crucial role in bushfire mitigation and emergency response through stakeholder relationships. Previous positions include Senior Planner at Parsons Brinckerhoff and KBR, as well as various planning roles in local government. Scott holds a Bachelor of Planning (Hons) from the University of South Australia and additional qualifications in management and planning.
