Sudhir Patil

Sudhir Patil serves as the Managing Director and Executive Board Member at Electrolux since May 2021. Previously, Sudhir held various key positions at Hafele India Private Limited from July 2013 to May 2021, including Business Head and National Manager for Appliances, leading responsibilities in P&L, strategy execution, and market share growth across India and neighboring countries. Sudhir's earlier experience includes serving as Regional Head-Retail at Fenesta Windows from April 2004 to July 2013, where Sudhir was instrumental in establishing the brand and its B2B and B2C segments. Additionally, Sudhir has engineering and operations experience at Jabil from June 2000 to March 2004. Educational qualifications include a Management Development Programme from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, an MBA in Marketing and General Management from the University of Mumbai, and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from KJ Somaiya College of Engineering.
