Dean Farrell

Dean Farrell is a seasoned professional in the gaming industry with extensive experience at Electronic Arts (EA) since October 2015, currently serving as the Service Delivery Lead. In this role, Dean leads service delivery teams and is involved in various aspects of project management, talent acquisition, and operational excellence to enhance player experiences. Previous positions at EA include Pilot Program Team Lead (Mobile) and Pilot Program Advisor, where Dean focused on innovative customer service solutions and mobile support. Additionally, Dean contributed to technological advances as an Innovation Labs Advisor, and provided technical support for over 400 gaming titles as a Game Advisor. Prior experience includes freelance graphic work at DreamTheory Design and a brief tenure as a Floor Technician at Autoprint Labelling Systems. Dean holds a BSc in Software Design (Game Development) from Technological University of the Shannon.
