Shretima Tandon is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as a Senior Desk Strat at Element Capital Management since May 2023. Previously, Shretima held several positions at Goldman Sachs from June 2012 to May 2023, culminating as Vice President and Head of US Micro Credit Strategies, overseeing bond modeling, pre-trade analytics, and risk systems across Global Credit. Shretima’s earlier experience includes internships at IBM Research and Alcatel-Lucent Bell Labs, along with a strong academic background with a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
