Sheri M.

Sheri M. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sustainability and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Currently serving as Vice President of Sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) at Element Fleet Management since October 2020, Sheri M. leads the strategy development and integration of sustainable practices, as well as overseeing the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy and related programs. Prior to this role, Sheri M. held multiple leadership positions at U.S. Bank from January 2002 to October 2020, including Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategy and Director of Employee Inclusion, managing substantial budgets and teams dedicated to corporate social responsibility initiatives. Educational qualifications include an MBC in Communication from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, a BA in English from the College of Saint Benedict, and an AA from Rainy River Community College.
