Keri Bevel

Keri Richardson Bevel currently serves as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Anew since February 2022 and has held the position of Senior Vice President and Counsel at Element Markets since July 2009, with prior roles as Counsel and Senior Counsel. Keri's experience includes a contract position as Interim Assistant General Counsel at The Structure Group in 2009, where assistance was provided for the divestiture of an operating division. Previously, Keri was Vice President and Counsel in the Private Equity Division at Lehman Brothers from June 2008 to March 2009, and worked as an Attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from September 2005 to June 2008, focusing on securities, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity fund formation. Keri holds a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting along with a Master of Accountancy in Information Systems from Auburn University.
