Philip Italiano

Philip Italiano serves as General Counsel at Spring EQ LLC since November 2020, bringing extensive legal experience from previous roles at NewRez LLC, where positions included Deputy General Counsel, General Counsel - Origination, Vice President - Legal, and Associate General Counsel from May 2013 to October 2020. Prior to that, Philip worked as an Attorney at Blank Rome LLP from January 2011 to May 2013 and at Dilworth Paxson LLP from September 2008 to January 2011. Philip began a legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, from September 2007 to August 2008. Education includes a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Law School (2004-2007) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Richmond (2000-2004).
