Megan Steck has a strong background in manufacturing and engineering. Megan has worked with several healthcare companies throughout their career.

Megan started their professional journey at Peak Surgical in 2007 as an R&D Engineer and later transitioned into the role of Clinical Specialist. In 2009, they became a Manufacturing Engineer. Megan stayed with the company until 2011.

In 2011, Megan joined Medtronic as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for process improvement, supplier management, and overseeing manufacturing transfers to outside facilities. Megan also managed a team of two engineers. Megan worked at Medtronic until the end of 2012.

Megan then moved to Intuitive Surgical in 2013, where they served as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer. Megan stayed with the company for two years until 2015.

Since 2015, Megan has been working at Element Science, Inc. Megan started as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer and later became a Manufacturing Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Manufacturing Manager.

Throughout their career, Megan has gained extensive experience in manufacturing operations, process improvement, and project management. Megan'sexpertise in the healthcare industry makes their a valuable asset to any organization.

Megan Steck attended Santa Clara University from 2003 to 2007 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
