Head Of Customer Service at Element Six

Fiona Slevin has a diverse work history starting in 1993 as a Planning Supervisor at Cabletron Systems. Fiona then moved on to become a Project Manager at Cabletron Systems Ltd from 1993 to 2001. After that, they worked as a Services Manager at Enterasys from 2001 to 2009. Fiona then transitioned to become a Postgraduate Student at the University of Limerick from 2011 to 2012. Following that, they worked as a Lean Consultant at Lean Business Systems Ltd from 2012 onwards. Finally, Fiona's most recent role has been as the Head of Customer Service at Element Six since 2015, where they are responsible for managing the Customer Service Department and enhancing the customer experience.

Fiona Slevin attended St Annes Community College from 1983 to 1988, where they obtained a Leaving Certificate. Fiona then studied at the University of Limerick from 1988 to 1992, earning a 2.1 Hons degree in Production Management. Later, in 2011 to 2012, Fiona pursued a Specialist Diploma in Quality Management with a focus on Lean Systems at the University of Limerick.
