Rose Fields has extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Rose started their career at NCMHI in 1996 as an Office and Accounting Manager and later joined Invensys as a Manager of Finance and Administration from 1998 to 2002. Rose then worked as a Sr. Accountant at Rivercrest Realty Associates from 2005 to 2014, followed by an Accounting Manager position at TransLoc from 2014 to 2018. In 2018, they served as the Manager of Investigator Payment Solutions at Syneos Health before becoming a Financial Controller at Infinia ML from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Rose holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Element451, starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Operations at Element451 from 2020 to 2021 and the Finance and HR Manager from 2019 to 2020.

Rose Fields obtained their Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Monroe Community College from 1987 to 1989. Rose then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science at the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry from 1989 to 1991. In addition to their formal education, Rose Fields obtained two additional certifications: a Talent Optimization Certificate from The Predictive Index in November 2022 and a Leadership Tips, Tactics, and Advice certification from LinkedIn in February 2022.
