Shailendra Soni

Shailendra Soni is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as SVP Engineering (Global Head) and India Site Lead at Elevate K-12 since April 2023, focusing on enhancing the learning experience through technology and AI. Prior to Elevate K-12, Soni held the position of CPTO at EXPORA and spent over six years at Amazon, where significant accomplishments included establishing large engineering teams and driving innovations in seller fulfillment and AWS infrastructure. With previous roles at Verizon Labs, Sonus Networks, and Movik Networks, Soni has demonstrated expertise in building and scaling complex systems and leading engineering initiatives across various domains. Soni holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the University of Rajasthan.
