Heather Speaker

Heather Speaker is an experienced customer service professional currently serving as Customer Service Support Manager at Elevate Labs since April 2023, following her role as Customer Support Lead. Prior to that, Heather worked at The Knot Worldwide as Consumer Experience Lead from February 2020 to April 2023 and held various positions at WeddingWire from February 2016 to February 2020, including Senior Customer Care Representative. Earlier in her career, Heather gained valuable experience as a Creative at Apple from May 2008 to February 2016, where engagement with customers enhanced their understanding of Apple products. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Montgomery College.
