Jerry Coleman

Jerry Coleman is a seasoned entrepreneur and industry leader with extensive experience in real estate and renewable energy. As Co-Founder and CEO of Build To Stay since June 2021, Jerry focuses on developing leisure homes in prime vacation locations. Jerry also co-founded Elevation Solar in April 2014, emphasizing a human-centric approach to solar energy, and has served on the advisory board of Anasazi Foundation since October 2007, supporting youth healing through nature. Additionally, as a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Alliance Investment Group, Jerry has contributed to significant land and real estate development in the Southwestern United States. Previously, Jerry founded Offerpad in July 2015, aiming to revolutionize the home selling process, and was a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Invitation Homes, which rapidly grew to manage a vast portfolio of rental properties. Jerry holds a JD from BYU Law School and a BS in Accounting from W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
