Aaron Pinney

Aaron Pinney serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Elfie since November 2023, where the focus is on revolutionizing health engagement through a free, gamified mobile app. Prior to this role, Aaron was with Avantor from October 2020 to November 2023, progressing from Talent Acquisition Partner to Sr. Talent Acquisition Lead Europe, overseeing recruitment strategies across multiple countries, improving diversity and inclusion efforts, and enhancing hiring processes through data insights. Aaron's earlier experience includes positions as a Talent Acquisition Advisor at XPO Logistics, Inc., and as a Recruitment Consultant at both PageGroup and The Tess Group. Currently pursuing a BA (Honours) in Business Management and Spanish at The Open University, Aaron is also working towards a REC Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice.
