Michèle Paquier has over 19 years of experience in Intellectual Property management. Michèle began their career in 2001 as an R&D assistant, in charge of Intellectual Property at Urogene. Michèle then moved on to become the Intellectual Property manager at Vaxon Biotech (2006), Cellectis SA (2008), and Bpifrance (2014). Most recently, they have been the Head of Intellectual Property & Legal at Eligo Bioscience since 2018.

Michèle Paquier graduated from C.E.I.P.I. (Centre d'Etudes Internationales de la Propriété Industrielle) in Strasbourg, France in 2008 with a degree in Patent Engineering. Michèle then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Cell Biology from Université PARIS XII, Créteil (94), France. Michèle also holds a certification in Sauveteur Secouriste du Travail.
