Michela Maioni

Michela Maioni has extensive experience in training project management and business development, particularly in the food and beverage and hospitality sectors since joining ELIS in April 2012. Key responsibilities include startup initiatives, budget management, team leadership, and the development of comprehensive training offerings. Michela has also led certification activities and managed international contracts, focusing on training and funding projects. Prior to ELIS, Michela worked as a project designer and coordinator at Antica Sartoria Solidale AR.TE.RO.MA. Onlus, contributing to social projects and educational programs. Additionally, service as a Civil Service Volunteer at the Ministry of Defense involved cataloging and organizing educational visits. Ongoing education includes participation in programs with FISAR and Coursera, focusing on project management.
