Minna Miettinen

Minna Miettinen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and legal counsel. Since January 2008, Minna has held the position of Vice President of People and Culture at Elisa, overseeing HR for the Corporate Customers Business Unit and serving on both the Corporate Customers Business Unit Management and Elisa HR Management teams. Previously, from 2017 to 2018, Minna was a Senior Legal Counsel at Elisa, responsible for legal support in the Customer Interaction Business Unit. Minna’s legal career began at Yleisradio Oy as Legal Counsel from April 2001 to December 2007 and as Assistant Legal Counsel at Tellabs Oy in 2000. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws from the Faculty of Law at the University of Turku and a Master of Science in Management and Organizations from The School of Business, Lappeenranta University of Technology.
