Lindsay Moore

Lindsay Moore currently serves as the Vice President of People and Culture at TPM, starting in April 2025. Prior to this role, Lindsay held the position of Human Resources Director at Proterra Inc from January 2023 to March 2025, and served as a Senior HR Partner at GE Power for a brief period in early 2022. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Human Resources Manager at Mobile Communications America and Area Human Resources Manager at The Lane Construction Corporation. Lindsay's career in human resources began with positions at Fluor Corporation, where roles included Operations Functional Department Manager and Senior Global Human Resources Business Partner, as well as a Recruitment Coordinator/Head Hunter at Lock Search Group. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph, a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the Jack Welch Management Institute, and a Post Graduate Program in Human Resources from Mount Royal University.
