Piritta Leinonen

Piritta Leinonen is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in People and Culture, currently serving as Vice President at Elisa since August 2014. In this role, Piritta has focused on building employee engagement, developing the Elisa People Strategy, and leading an HR Manager team, while employing a data-driven approach to enhance people processes. Previously, Piritta held positions such as HR Business Partner at HR4 Solutions Oy and HR Manager at Powerwave Technologies, alongside co-founding TeamingStream. Early career experiences include roles at Elektrobit, University of Oulu, and University of Geneva. Piritta holds both a Master's degree and a Doctor's degree in Learning Sciences from the University of Oulu.
