James Bevan is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in both commercial and military sectors. Currently serving as Captain with Elit'Avia since September 2020, James previously held roles as Safety Manager, Captain, and Line Training Captain with an EASA AOC Holder from September 2016 to August 2020, where responsibilities included the establishment of a comprehensive Safety Management System. Prior to that, James served as a Global 5000 Vision Captain from April 2015 to August 2020, emphasizing safety and teamwork in high-pressure environments. James's military background includes a decade with the Royal Air Force from April 2004 to April 2015, where formative training and operational flying were completed on the Global Express/Sentinel R1. Academically, James holds an MEng(Hons) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London and has completed advanced secondary education with A-Levels in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Electronics at Ipswich School.
