Katja Lehland

Katja Lehland is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in organizational leadership and board governance. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Sørlandet Knowledge Foundation since June 2021 and for the Næringsforeningen i Kristiansandsregionen until April 2024, Katja also holds the position of Senior Vice President Human Resources and EBS (Lean) at Elkem ASA since January 2011. Previous roles include HR Director at Elkem AS, Nordic HR Manager at Schindler Elevator Corporation, and HR Manager for Scandinavia at Nokia Telecommunications, among others.
