Luis Echevarría García

Luis Echevarría García has extensive experience in procurement and contract management, currently serving as Deputy Procurement Manager and Procurement Contract Manager at ELMYA S.A. since April 2021. Previously, Luis worked at Abengoa, where roles included Engineer and Project Engineer, responsible for substantial contract management in major projects such as the Taweelah RO Desalination Plant. Prior to Abengoa, Luis held positions in contract management and inspections at PRODIEL, with a focus on coordinating with multiple departments to ensure compliance and quality control.
