Andrus Väärtnõu

Andrus Väärtnõu is an experienced professional in real estate development with a diverse background in investment management and financial leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Real Estate Development at elon since April 2022, Andrus is also the Founder of Buildwise, established in April 2019. Previous roles include CFO and Member of the Management Board at PROTO Invention Factory and Investment Manager at BLRT Grupp, where involvement with Noblessner Arendus OÜ took place. Andrus has held various significant positions at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications for Estonia and Riigi Kinnisvara AS, demonstrating expertise in business development and strategic planning. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Social Sciences with a focus on Finance and a diploma in Business Administration from Tallinn University of Technology, complemented by a strong foundation in mathematics and physics from Saaremaa Ühisgümnaasium.
