Anne Pourtavassoli

Anne Pourtavassoli has extensive experience in talent management and customer loyalty programs across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Management at ELSAN since March 2017, Anne coordinates medical recruitment for a network of 137 establishments throughout France and develops support tools for physicians. Previously, Anne held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Canal+ from April 2007 to February 2017, where responsibilities included managing campus recruitment strategies, employer branding initiatives, and conducting engagement surveys. Additional experience includes roles at TPS, Fondation Belem, SAJE Montreal Centre, and Codel, contributing to CRM operations, project management, and business development. Anne holds a degree in management from TBS Education.
