Dan Boyle

Dan Boyle is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the financial and investment sectors. Currently serving as General Counsel at Embark Group since March 2017, Dan has previously held roles such as Platform Lawyer at Transact from February 2013 to February 2017, and Products Lawyer at First State Investments from May 2012 to January 2013. Additional experience includes positions as Funds Lawyer at Barclays and Principal Global Investors, along with earlier roles as a Lawyer at Travers Smith and SJ Berwin.
