Dr. Dominik Reske

Dr. Dominik Reske is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Deputy Head of Legal Services at EMBL since September 2015, with responsibilities for the UK site and other functions at headquarters. Reske is also a member of both the Advisory Board and the Executive Board of the EMBL Endowment Foundation. Prior roles include Senior Attorney at Freudenberg and Joint Head of Legal Services at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory, overseeing all legal matters for the organization. Previous experience includes positions at Becton, Dickinson and Company as an International Attorney and European Data Protection Manager, as well as early legal roles in various firms and academic institutions. Dr. Reske holds a Dr. iur. from Heidelberg University, an MBA from De Montfort University, and has completed specialized legal training in international economic law.
