Neil McGonigle is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the design and development of advanced microwave systems and components. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Emblation since October 2014, Neil oversees the engineering department focused on cutting-edge medical microwave technologies. Previous roles include Principal RF Engineer and Team Lead at CommScope, where responsibilities involved point-to-point microwave antenna designs for cellular backhaul, and Principal Engineer at MESL Microwave Limited, specializing in microwave design and project management for various sectors including Defense and Telecom. Neil's expertise extends to key project leadership at ASC Signal Corporation and Andrew Corporation, where significant contributions were made to next-generation satellite antennas. With an MBA and a Master’s in Electronics from The University of Edinburgh, Neil combines technical proficiency with strong business acumen.
