Sergio Behrends

Sergio Behrends has extensive experience in engineering management, with a focus on leadership roles at prominent companies. At Grover, Sergio served as Director of Engineering and progressed through the ranks as Senior Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager from November 2021 to December 2023. Prior to Grover, Sergio held the position of Engineering Manager at both MuleSoft and Salesforce from May 2018 to November 2021. Earlier career roles include Director of Engineering, Lead Developer, and Full-stack Developer at Aerolab Digital from March 2014 to April 2018. Sergio's early experience includes a position as an Industrial Designer at Henssler und Schultheiss Fullservice Productdesign Gmbh in 2013. Sergio holds a degree in Industrial Design from Universidad de Palermo and completed a Bachillerato at Colegio Miguel de Cervantes.
