Eric de Los Santos

Eric de los Santos currently serves as the Assistant General Counsel for Labor and Employment at Emergent BioSolutions, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Eric was a Labor & Employment Counsel at Axiom from October 2022 to December 2023 and served as Associate General Counsel for Labor and Employment at Meta from June 2020 to March 2022. Eric’s extensive experience includes a long tenure at TrueBlue Inc. from 2004 to June 2020, where Eric held various senior legal positions, including Vice President of Legal, Ethics & Employment, and Deputy General Counsel, leading teams in advising on global labor and employment matters and advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Additionally, Eric began a legal career as a Trial Attorney at the Law Offices of Georgia Trejo Locher from 1997 to 2004, focusing on employment discrimination and personal injury law. Eric earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy & American Institutions from Brown University and a Doctor of Law from the University of Washington School of Law.
