Sara Lichter

Sara Lichter is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Emergent BioSolutions since September 2020, Lichter previously held positions at University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center and Acton Mobile, where responsibilities included employee recruitment, retention, and engagement. Lichter also has experience as a Market Human Resources Manager at AutoNation, overseeing HR functions for numerous dealerships, and as an HR Contractor at Aerotek, supporting government contracting operations. Earlier career roles included a Recruiting Administrator and Management Assistant at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, along with an internship with the Baltimore Ravens.
