Willona van Schaik

Willona Van Schaik has extensive experience in social work and youth consultancy, currently serving as a Maatschappelijk Werk Acute Keten at Emergis since November 2024, focusing on acute admission services. Previously, Willona worked at Gemeente Schouwen-Duiveland as a Kwaliteitsmedewerker Sociaal Domein and a Jeugdconsulent for the Jeugdhulp shortage project from March 2020 to November 2024. Additional roles include a WMO and Youth Consultant at Maandag® from May 2017 to December 2020, a Casusbehandelaar at Maandag in 2015, and a WMO consultant at Gemeente Middelburg from February 2013 to December 2014. Willona's career began at MEE Zeeland as a Clientondersteuner from July 2005 to December 2013, with responsibilities including screener VTO and coordination of youth care registrations. Willona holds a degree from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, completed from 2002 to 2005, and previously studied at Ichtus Hogeschool between 2000 and 2002.
