Mauricio S. Puente is a seasoned operations and customer care leader with extensive experience in the engineering and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations & Customer Care for Latin America at Emerson since June 2012, Mauricio has successfully led a team of over 160 professionals, significantly enhancing delivery service levels and reducing logistics costs through effective business process improvements and smart automation techniques. Previous roles include Director of Sales and Marketing at Emerson, where P&L ownership was a key responsibility, and Global Marketing Director for Roxar Software Solutions, driving transformative marketing strategies. Earlier experience at Halliburton involved various leadership roles in Lean Six Sigma, achieving substantial financial uplift and strategic planning enhancements. Mauricio holds an MBA in Strategic Management and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
