Hemant Lalwani

Hemant Lalwani is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in airport operations and management. Currently serving as the Regional Airport Services Manager for Emirates since March 2009, Hemant oversees airport operations across European stations, focusing on vendor and contract management, finance management, and achieving organizational goals and KPIs. Previously, Hemant held leadership roles in managing airport services across the Gulf, Middle East, Mediterranean, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, India, and the Americas, consistently ensuring operational excellence in diverse and challenging environments. Prior to joining Emirates, Hemant gained valuable experience in customer service roles with Kingfisher Airlines Ltd, Jet Airways, and Innovation Travels. Hemant holds a degree from Delhi University, completed between 1997 and 2000.
